This wine is light straw yellow with bright greenish highlights, a compact, soft foam and a fine, generous and persistent perlage. The bouquet is at first floral before giving way to a broad fruity aroma of crunchy green apple and Williams pears. The flavour is dry, fresh, delicate, agile, spirited and balanced, with a long finish.
