Intensely straw yellow in colour with a persistent mousse and extraordinarily broad and complex bouquet of aromas. Rich and harmonious, revealing great elegance on the palate.

Glera (min. 85%) and other local white grape varieties (max. 15%)
Location
Hills of Valdobbiadene – Conegliano, from grapes selected from the best crus
Vinification
Off the skins at a controlled temperature of 16°C. Slow second fermentation in springtime after the harvest in large sealed vats at 14-15°C followed by resting on the lees for around 3 months.
