Caratteristiche tecniche
Straw yellow with delicate greenish hues and a subtle and lively perlage. On the palate it reveals a pleasantly tangy acidity that provides freshness and an intense, lively finish.
Variety
Glera (min. 85%) and other local white grape varieties (max. 15%)
Location
Hills of Valdobbiadene – Conegliano.
Vinification
Off the skins at a controlled temperature of 16°C. Slow second fermentation in springtime after the harvest in large sealed vats at 14-15°C followed by resting on the lees for around 3 months.
