Caratteristiche tecniche
The straw yellow colour is embellished by fruity and floral aromas enlivened by an enduring perlage. In the mouth the wine offers a perfect balance between zesty and mineral notes, ensuring a long-lasting finish.

Glera (min. 85%) and other local white grape varieties (max. 15%)

The most highly-prized zones of the DOCG area in the Valdobbiadene hills, in the Cartizze subzone
Vinification
Off the skins at a controlled temperature of 16°C. Slow second refermentation in large sealed vats at 14-15°C

Food Pairing
Excellent as an aperitif or with crustaceans and molluscs and other fish-based dishes such as seafood risotto, sushi, fish tartare and marinated fish. It is also delicious with couscous and crunchy vegetables.
