Ladaltempo N°1 began its long journey towards excellence with the choice of certain plots located in a privileged position on the hills of Valdobbiadene. Amidst the gentle slopes of an enchanting landscape, the precious fruit of small vineyards with deep roots in a land rich in marine fossils is harvested at the right time.
No plans, no rules.
We are only seeking excellence.
Ladaltempo goes beyond any model or paradigm. This is why it is not released every year, nor does it necessarily have to follow the chronological order of the harvests. It will only see the light of day when our oenologists believe the right moment in its evolution has come, after a long rest in the profound stillness of our cellar. Here, the wine undergoes its transformation into sparkling wine during a very long, calm maturation on the lees that lasted 60 months.
