EXTRA DRY

This is a soft, aromatic sparkling wine with a delicate bouquet typical of the variety. It is crystal straw yellow in colour with a fine persistent perlage. On the nose it is intensely fruity with evident hints of yellow apple, peach and delicate acacia flower. In the mouth it is at once fresh and soft against a zesty base with a pleasantly fruity and aromatic finish.

Variety: Cuvée of select white wines.
Location: on the hillsides of the first slopes of the Dolomite mountains, in the extreme north of the Province of Treviso.
Harvest: september.
Vinification: off the skins at a controlled temperature of 18°C. Slow second refermentation in large sealed vats at 16°C.
Bottle pressure: 5.5 atm.
Sugar residue: 13 g/l.
Alcohol: 11.5%.
Serving temperature: 5-7°C, open immediately before serving.
Pairings: suitable for all kinds of celebration, this wine is excellent as an aperitif and ideal with the traditional Venetian cicchetti as well as with cold cuts and cheese. Superb also with fish and deep-fried vegetables.
Available sizes: 0.75 L – 1.5L.
