Vinification<\/strong>: off the skins at a controlled temperature of 16\u00b0C. Slow second refermentation in large sealed vats at 14-15\u00b0C.
Sugar residue<\/strong>: 16 g\/l approx.
Alcohol<\/strong>: 11%.
Serving temperature<\/strong>: 5-7\u00b0C, open immediately before serving.
Pairings<\/strong>: this Prosecco Superiore is excellent as an aperitif and ideal for celebrations. The SQNPI protocol (National Quality System for Integrated Production), recognised at European level, is a quality certification that guarantees sustainable and environmentally friendly production. The aim of this certification is to apply agronomic methods that reduce the use of chemicals, energy and water in the management of the vineyards.
